Casa La Concha is a beautiful boutique 10 room residence located minutes between Marbella & Puerto Banus.
The views are insane, behind Casa La Concha you’ll see the backdrop of the La Concha mountains, take a 15 minute stroll and you’ll find the beach. It’s in the ideal spot!
You can find a tour of the villa HERE
I often find whenever I stay in Villas, they’re totally tucked away in the middle of nowhere. The great thing about Casa La Concha is that when you’re inside you feel like you’re in the beautiful Spanish countryside, yet you’re minutes away from Marbella Old Town, Marbella & Puerto Banus. That’s perfect for me as I love to explore & experience the culture, but have the option to be able to relax in the afternoons & evenings. (Although I found myself relaxing there all day, it’s just the best. I seriously didn’t want to leave!)
There are so many cute, quiet areas to relax in too. Whether you want to lay by the pool, under the gazebo, or take part in the yoga classes…You’ll find the perfect spot!
The thing I love so much about Casa La Concha, is how chilled out and friendly it is. My flight was 2 hours delayed which meant I was due to arrive at 1am, it was absolutely no trouble for Alex, she stayed in contact the entire time & welcomed me with some snacks & a drink.
The villa is a beautifully restored Andalucian Finca, It blew me away as soon as I walked in! Straight away I felt the sense of being at home, I had everything I needed in the room. I didn’t even need to unpack as the toiletry selection had everything anyone would ever need! (Cleansing wipes, moisturiser, perfume, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, cotton pads & soap)
The rooms are truly beautiful, they’ve all been decorated with a french-chic rustic theme, which feels really fresh & modern. I stayed in ‘Michelle’ which had a double bed, his & her sinks & a huge private terrace with a dining table & sofa area! It was so quiet & private.
Continental breakfast is served in the main house, or out on the terrace. There’s a great selection of fruit, yoghurts, cereals, pastries, bread, cheese & cold meats. It’s generally served between 9:15am – 12:00pm too, which is a great excuse for a nice lie in!
They offer really lovely lunches too, with a healthy, homemade twist!
Alex, Aidan, Helene & the team have a real passion for leading a healthy, relaxed lifestyle.
There was a yoga class the morning we arrived and they often host special pilates & yoga retreats. They have a beautiful massage pavilion hidden away at the bottom of the garden too!
Theres a self service bar outside by the pool, which has fresh water infused with fruit, plus there is tea & coffee. It’s a nice way to stay refreshed throughout the day.
The location is just perfect, we found some lovely little restaurants in Puerto Banus and of course lots of spots for an ice cream along the beach! There are plenty of things to keep you busy, if hiking is your thing, you can take a hike up La Concha Mountains. If you love golf, there are golf courses in walking distance. If you love shopping, you’re sorted! There’s so much to do in Marbella. You can do as much, or equally as little as possible.
I honestly wouldn’t change a single thing about Casa La Concha, it’s perfect! The best setting for a little weekend away. My only regret is not booking for longer! It’s in such a good location to explore the Costa Del Sol.
Ronda is a place I’d really love to visit when I come back, It’s only about an hour away from Marbella. It looks so charming! I would of taken the day if I had more time to explore, but this little break was definitely all about relaxing!
Casa La Concha has certainly left me wanting more, look at me already planning my next trip!
….With such cheap flights from the UK, I’m sure I’ll be back in no time at all!
